Rules and must have qualities for Vice Presidents:

A vice should be a person who resolves conflicts in-game and discord or takes necessary actions towards it.

He/she should be active almost every day, at least 5 to 6 days.

He/she should be capable of solving problems and have useful and thoughtful suggestions during discussions.

He/she should be friendly and caring with other players.

He/she should not use curse words nor abusive language.

He/she should be a good listener and a good speaker.

He/she should never fight with other members or argue for invalid reasons.

He/she should be Loyal to the club.

He/she should always be active and consistent in discussions.

He/she should always join the discussions.

If he/she is unable to do his/her task or join the discussions on time he/she should inform other in-charge's and give a valid reason for the same.

He should always follow the orders of the President and the in-charge.

What Qualities Make the Best Vice Presidents?

Vice presidents are strong leaders. They must make confident and important decisions, often in leave of the president. Communicating their ideas clearly, presenting new directions, and leading the club with clarity and transparency are essential to the role. As though leaders and experts in their field, vice presidents must understand their job and know their work inside and out.

He/she should be active almost every day, at least 4 to 5 days.
He/she should be capable of solving problems and have useful and thoughtful suggestions during discussions.
He/she should be friendly and caring with other players.
He/she should not use curse words nor abusive language.
He/she should be a good listener and a good speaker.
He/she should be never fight with other members or argue for invalid reasons.
He/she should be loyal to the club.
He/she should always follow the orders of the President and the in-charge.
